In conjunction with our valued Client and direct with S&Co, we have had the pleasure to complete the Mechanical fit out works of the Executive Suite on the 4th floor within the Selfridges Flagship Store on Oxford Street, London.
The mechanical services consisted of the following:
- Heat Recovery VRV Air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Dedicated Domestic hot & cold-water services
- Sanitary ware fitout to Toilets and Tea point areas
- Above Ground Drainage system
- New LPHW and Chilled Water Circuits for AHU Coils
One of the main challenges was the responsibility to be the main lead in delivering a fully coordinated mechanical, electrical and sprinkler installation within very tight ceiling & void constraints.
The Air Conditioning Systems were supplied by Daikin and were Heat Recovery VRV Systems. Fresh Air is via Flat packed Air Handling Units located in the roof top plantrooms, with new ductwork risers strategically routed through this historic building.
The logistics of this building is strategically challenging with the main focus being not to disrupt day to day trading in anyway, this project was delivered to a high standard leaving our client extremely happy.
