Selfridges Olympic Cinema

Davis and Birch through our valued client were tasked with the installation of New Mechanical Services to serve a New 3 Screen Cinema within the Lower Ground Floor of the Existing Selfridges Building in Oxford Street London.

The scheme, designed by W B Shiels on behalf of Selfridges & Co consisted only of the following works:
  • Supply and Installation of 3No Daikin VRV Systems serving the Cinema Screens and the Bar Area, with full individual control to suit the ambient requirements
  • Supply and Installation of New Supply Air Handling Units to provide Fresh Air to the New Commercial Kitchen area
  • Supply and Installation of New Fire Rated Kitchen Extract System which passed through 4 floors of this historic building to discharge at high level on the roof
  • Each area has a BMS Temperature Sensor for BMS monitoring wired back to the New BMS Panel in LGF Plantroom
  • Supply and Installation of Boosted Water Services and Above Ground Drainage to serve the New Kitchen and Bar area including the direct clients full fitout

All works have been carried out and completed in accordance with the Selfridges Mechanical Services Specifications and WBS Drawing Layout.
