Davis and Birch through our valued client were tasked with full Mechanical and Electrical Design and Installation for this new high spec 350,000 sq ft Logistics Centre.
The unit is a Carbon Neutral Development achieving BREEAM Excellent and EPC Rating A Environmental features include Solar Panels , EV Charging Bays Rainwater Harvesting and Air Source Heat Pump Cooling and Heating.
Works included all incoming services from the Site Boundary, 5 Star Installation of all services and the successful Commissioning Testing and Witnessing which resulted in a successful handover to our client.
