Davis and Birch were contracted to provide Full MEP Package on the new Management Suite for our long-standing client, Glencar Construction, at SEGRO Logistics Park Northampton.
This project features the construction of a Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) frame — placing sustainability, efficiency, and innovation at the heart of the build. 🌿 The use of CLT not only offers a low-carbon solution but also brings warmth and character to this key facility for SEGRO.
