We have been working hard with Mossvale Maintenance Ltd (the main contractor) to install new 5″ steel heating mains from a new external Biomass Boiler all the way up through the 19 storey accommodation block to connect onto the existing heating plant room.
The pipe work is being installed using Victaulic couplers and fittings to prevent Hot Works being needed in an occupied site.
Should be all completed ready for Christmas!! Fingers Crossed.
